Diane M. Rielinger, Digital Projects Librarian for the Botany Libraries, recently wrote a blog post for the Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL) about the popularity of orchids. In the blog, Diane shares several lovely images we have digitized as part of our participation with BHL. The Biodiversity Heritage Library is a consortium of major natural history, botanical, and research libraries that cooperate to digitize and make accessible the literature of biodiversity held in their collections as a part of a global "biodiversity commons."
