In the most recent issue of the quarterly magazine of the Arnold Arboretum, Arnoldia, HUH Senior Curatorial Technician Anthony Brach writes about what the last 10 months have been like working from home in "Pandemic Digitization" (p. 2-4):
This current work has been very different from the normal day-to-day curatorial activities at the Herbaria. Researchers, who we would normally be assisting, have been unable to visit the collections. Our team...unable to be on-site for routine activities like processing incoming and outgoing shipments of loans, gifts, and exchanges....Before this began, however, our team was busy with a long-term effort to share images and data from our collections online...
