However, the Harvard University Herbaria retain the copyright to images of any herbarium owned material. The images may only be reproduced without modification and the source of the image should be acknowledged or cited as described below:

Appropriate permissions are required for commercial use of the images (http://huh.harvard.edu/pages/permission-publish-images) and will incur a publication fee. Publication fees, if applicable, are separate from reproduction fees.
