The collection is divided into seven series.

Series I: Correspondence. Correspondence dealing with general administrative issues, member photocopy requests, and receipts for book donations are contained in 15 folders.

Series II: Administration. Papers and notes concerning administrative matters, including meeting minutes and membership lists are contained in 30 folders.

Series III: Graphics. Graphics for brochures, newsletters, and other mailings are contained in six folders.

Series IV: Publications. This series mainly contains examples of the Friends of the Farlow Newsletter and is held in 14 folders.

Series V: Booksale. Items regarding booksales are contained in 24 folders.

Series VI: Notebooks. One notebook containing various information.

Series VII: Oversize. One folder contains oversize artwork masters.
